This training is for the elected Chief & Councils. The Council will identify how their role and responsibilities as elected leaders can advance the community and the administration.

This training is for Chief Administration Officers, Band administrators, Band Managers, and middle-manager. The managers will take away the proper tools required to effectively improve the workplace and solve ongoing issues that challenge productivity.

Strategic management planning focuses on capturing the existing Strategic Plan or Community Comprehensive Plan and implementing the outstanding tasks and goals.

Building a foundation for your community is improving the infrastructure that creates a better life for all members. Community development requires financial assistance, resources, and partners with a common goal.
